Low carb diet
New to posting here! I want to try low carb diet but not low like Atkin or keto. Any suggestions on amount of carbs I should eat daily to lose nicely like 1.5 a week is fine. Also, worth upgrading to premium?

Hi! I am new to this site and love it. I am a former Weight Watcher person. I got to goal and now have gained 15 lbs back and want to get t off! Bored with the point system.
