I have a friend who has an adopted son. She tells the story that when she went to get him (outside of the US) she had to buy 2 plane tickets because she is rather large. I don't think BMI should be a make or break decision.

Take things like pretzels and popcorn in ziploc bags that are portioned out to serving sizes. One app suggests high water fruits and veggies - grapes, cucumber, watermelon. If you insist on fast junk, count the calories and see where you could improve.

As usual everyone makes up. Glad I didn’t eat 2 pieces of cake and really sabotage myself. It seems that emotional eating is a real thing and potentially a big problem.

I’ve always said anything I’m involved with is dysfunctional. But more as a joke than anything else. I think everyone just wants their own way and is stubborn. It’s frustrating. I have the personality that wants to fix everything but sometimes I can’t.
