I am back.having hard time getting back on Track.want to eat something fast like junk. Made up my mind i can do this. Here for suggestions and support

    Take things like pretzels and popcorn in ziploc bags that are portioned out to serving sizes. One app suggests high water fruits and veggies - grapes, cucumber, watermelon. If you insist on fast junk, count the calories and see where you could improve.
