See the ultimately calorie deficit is must if you want to reduce wt. Whether u do it through intermittent diet or through 6 diets.. now its from person to person, who find what way more convenient as per his /her preferences, abilities temperament... I think if you have lost 10LBS that means you are aware what is and how much intake is right so not questioning that, However as all said fluctuations of 2-3 lbs should not be very material, unless it keeps increasing.. You must adopt interval measurement to stay motivated.. decrease frequency of your weighting yourself..…

I do all the damage to my diet on Sundays.. I end up eating all the non sense on Sunday which i easily avoid all six weekdays. Probably Sundays are not good for me? what to do?

But what some study say that ladies shouldnt skip breakfast.. so being female you might choose to eat from 10:am to 4:00 pm. Fasting for 16 hours can be adjusted as per your convinience.. If you feel more hungry in morning.. skip dinner and have breakfast

Humm I also had habit of eating too much in breakfast.. i used to have 8-10 biscuits with tea.. then full breakfast .. Now i completely stopped breakfast.. It wz difficult fir 2-3 days.. but then i got used to it

1700-2000 is your net or gross intake.. (Net means reduce the calories burnt in exercise from intake) if you are able to measure intake and burnt calories correctly, there should not be any reason of not loosing wt with 1500 calories deficit.
