I'm in. MFP has been something I've been off an on for years. I would like to be consistent so this challenge will help. I've also turned notification on so I will be dinged by all messages on this board!

I'm in.....starting late. Goal of getting upper body in some sort of shape. End of January goal: 25 good push-ups in a row January 4: 6 good push-ups in a row.

I'm in! Trying to get back to running but having back issues. I walk my dogs everyday......EVERYDAY DAMN DAY RAIN, SHINE, SNOW (well, I like snow!).....1.3 mile loop weekdays, 2.2 mile trail walk on weekends. I would like to up this time everyday and hopefully this group will help me be motivated. I'm also super…
