I lived in Italy and we ate a lot of pasta. The difference was the portion sizes, and we walked a lot more. Why buy crazy expensive pastas that are not really pasta? If you want a good pasta and can't make it then buy a good quality one.

I don't do cheat days, if I want something I eat it, I make sure it fits into my calories. I refuse to deprive myself.

And because of a life time of an ED I am now only getting the side effects. You are right, you feel great for a while then you don't, by then the damage is done.

1200 calories is barely enough for a toddler let alone a grown adult.
