I've been as lean and low as 90 when I was bodybuilding - but my goal weight now is 140. Started at 190 beginning January and I'm at 177 now.... Woot! Not bodybuilding nor really exercising this time. Once I hit my goal I might go lower but I'm comfy at 120

I have a collection of Lighty & Tasty annual cookbooks. What I enjoy is taking a recipe and finding a way to shave the calories and fats without sacrificing flavor šš». This way I can still enjoy the things I love like lasagna and chicken fettuccine.

I love lasagna and stuffed shells but hate the fat grams, so, my hack is to substitute fat free cottage cheese for the ricotta and omit egg yolks.
