I started Jan 8 and I am losing a pound a week with very limited exercise (due to physical limitations). I am able to do about 30 to 40 mins a week on the Elliptical or the same time of very low impact lower body exercises.

I just finished up PT again for my neck and they did give me a few ideas for my lower body.

I found "chair" exercises on youtube, as well, that I'm going to try with my resistance bands. I am permitted to use my elliptical on low resistance and short periods, but I am looking for different routines to mix it up; otherwise, I get too bored doing the same thing over and over.

Still not smoking :) , eating healthy but still need to balance out my carb intake; managed to NOT have the bad snacks last night (woohoo). I need to continue to break that habit.
