Definitely doable. This app will help you achieve it. Set up your goal as two pounds a week weight loss and stick close to the calories recommended per day. Little exercising let’s you eat more food 😉

Sure you can lose 100 pounds!!! Takes dedication and self-control, but you can do it!! I’ve lost over 40 pounds using this app and didn’t do any fancy diets. Just log everything and make healthy food choices. Oh - and exercise, exercise, exercise - that way you can eat a little more 😉

Hi Heather!! You can do this!!! This app is great for logging calories and tracking exercising. It helps me see why I’m either gaining or losing weight (calories in / calories out). I wish you luck!!!
