Still going just new to the community

Hey y'all! I am new to the community aspect of MFP but definitely not new to the app itself. I started taking my health and wellness seriously at the end of December 2018. For the last year and some change I have developed a love for eating better and going to the gym. As a result I've not only lost 42 pounds but I have gained so much emotionally and mentally. I do cardio and lift weights 6 days a week and I hike on my rest days. I am still looking to lose another 17 pounds so I'm still pushing through. Glad to be here!

    Great work so far! I was doing MFP on my own for a while before getting involved in the community here, too. So far for me it's been a good way to stay engaged and focused on my goals.
