Hi everyone,
My name is Heather....mom of 3 wonderful kids who is ready to get her weight and health under control. I'm looking for friends for motivation and support.

Alittle over a year in 2017....I lost 80lbs and gained back alot due to depression and lack of motivation. I'm focused and determined now to get this weight off and maintain!!

    Hi Heather!! You can do this!!! This app is great for logging calories and tracking exercising. It helps me see why I’m either gaining or losing weight (calories in / calories out). I wish you luck!!!
