I would put in slighty active since it's our vacation here and all the activity i get is the gym at home i just sit around all day

I'm 168cm 78.3 kg I workout 3-5 times a week doing cario and weighted workouts I would like to lose 1 kg a week

The thing is i have done this before this routine my meal plan,my exercise. The only difference is i use more weight now in my exercise. I used to lose 1kg per week easily

So everything is fine as long as I eat 1800 calories a day? Even if there are still about 800 calories remaining. There are times when i eat 1800 calories (this is what i'm told to eat) but i exercise and burn around 700-900 calories. I have the required "to eat" calories but my remaining is still at 800 beacause of the exercise is that good at all?
