Macro goals changing per day
So I've noticed that my macros change almost daily sometimes its higher and some days its lower is there a reason why MFP changes my macros? I don't change anything about my information that could affect my calorie goal per day

Hi! I've been recommended my MFP to eat 1500 calories a day I work out a the gym 3-5 times a week doing weighted workouts and cardio is that ok? 1500 calories seems a bit low for me it might be unhealthy? Or is ok?

Hi! I'm new here and I was wondering if this is fine. I eat less calories than my reccomended and still feel not hungry or dizzy or anything at all and I also hit the gym daily is this normal?
