Man I love this group! My goals are getting closer and closer and it’s so exciting! When I leave the 200’s club in April 2020 by scale, I won’t be leaving by heart.... I’m still here for you guys with whatever you need motivation or inspiration on!!!

I feel your pain..... I haven’t worked out in over a month due to multiple jobs keeping me exhausted. I’m a single mom trying to hold it all together and lose weight.... welcome!

Thanks for your response... it seems simple enough but we have been on a routine that’s hard to break. He’s sweet and just wants to make me happy but when I tell him this food doesn’t make me happy anymore he ignores it I believe in the hopes I’ll fall off the wagon again... lol

Sabotage might have been the wrong word to use, but I do feel he is secretly hoping I fail so we can stay obese together. It’s like he is losing his eating buddy. Thank you for your feedback. I’ve told him many many times my goals and new eating plan.... but like you said it will take some getting used to the change 😉

Ha! I was feeling the same way! It’s a vicious cycle I was on with losses and gains when it came to my weight.... the good thing is we don’t stay down, we get back up again! Thank you for sharing!

I feel you.... I love my wine but I had to put it down. It’s crazy how one night of dinner and drinking at an Italian restaurant I had the other night with friends had me feeling guilty and afraid to get back on the scale.... it’s what I love to do 😬. Watching My 600lb Life helps me refocus.

Just eat the chocolate! Everything in moderation is my motto. Eat why you like! Don’t overdo it and if you don’t have a calorie deficit, make room for it the next day. Or work out and burn some calories to make room for your favorite treat. On a side note, and I would never recommend this but I’m being transparent.... I…
