  • Usually 1 small slice of pizza is like 300 calories so I find that incredibly inaccurate. It depends what is on it and how much bread honestly.
  • My last week was a little messy. "Gained" 3 pounds since switching from Keto to moderate carbs, but not letting that discourage me since I'm still down about 8 pounds since the start of the year! :)

  • Day 7 and still losing weight off keto, but slower. I know it's been like 2 days. I still eat what some would say is low to moderate carbs. Yesterday I finished at 87 carbs and a little over 1600 calories for the day. How have you guys been doing?

  • I'm 5 foot 4 and currently 259. Started the year at 268.8. I usually have around 20 to 24 net carbs a day but only like 1200 calories naturally. I just don't know how to get more calories eating low carb.

  • Day three! Just woke up and so far I feel pretty good, just tired. I weighed in at 260.4 today so that means I've lost 5 pounds since starting and 8.4 since the new year. Hopefully I can keep this momentum going for a while, especially once I start burning fat. Let's so this!
