  • No joke, the best bra that I have found is by Enell. It's AWESOME! I used to double up my bras when I ran and that drove me nuts! This one has absolutely NO bounce what so ever. It's expensive in the store ($60) but you can find them on Ebay for $30. TOTALLY WORTH EVERY PENNY.

  • Did Burn 3 and the ab workout yesterday. I REALLY liked the Ab workout. It was nice feeling challenged. I felt the ab workout in Insanity was a little too easy so this was a nice change.   • If you use the search feature on the message board you will find a TON of reviews on the easy tones and the ugly sketcher version. You're not going to get ripped on them but I do like the way they challenge your balance.

  • I only run three times a week so I am trying to do it on the days that are rest days or days where you do the light workouts. The only way to log the workouts is to wear a heart rate montitor while you are working out.

  • I've always wanted a little doggie. I was looking at Doxies, chihuahuas, and yorkies. I settled on my little guy. He's a CHORKIE! Got a mix of both. He looks more like a yorkie though. He's a whopping 5 pounds and will be 3 years old this summer. His name is Chewie after Chewbaca.
