I have lost , gained and now lost again and still losing. Today I’m not following a diet but a schedule of eating...OMAD. Started off with fasting and worked my way to Omad. It’s not for everyone but it works for me. Here’s a few pics of my journey

Especially if you use paper plates 😂

Because it has been 26 days since I quit drinking. Sometimes the smallest things are holding us back in a big way. Down 10 lbs, proud of that, following Omad successfully proud of that too.

Obviously not going to do that. Lol give out my password that is

Yes some days I am eating Omad or 20:4 , some days it’s 1200 some days it’s 1500. I can give you my password for MFP if you are wanting to read my food Diary. The point I’m saying is chest pain while doing IMF. And I most definitely told the doctor these things. If you read what I wrote above I said 1500 or Below. If your…

This is also what might be the culprit. Each time before this attack I got weird burning pain in my upper stomach

I can’t even remember how big my deficit is lol been so long that I’ve been trying to stay 1500 or below. As for workouts I have a very faced paced job working at a care home, working over full time hours. Don’t get exercise in everyday but when I do it’s light and on the treadmill with no extra calories added. By no…

Was 16:8 as well as 20:4 on days too. Following 1500 cal.

At this point he’s not sure what it was or could be. The heart monitor should give more insight into what’s going on. Blood work came back normal except for White blood cells slightly elevated. I guess I’ll find out.. or flat line lol jk. For now I’ll have to put IMF on hold. Just follow my calories and stay away from…

That is 8 months ... weight loss started after my broken leg was healed. I was so close to the 20 lbs mark lol then my body is like “Nope! You going up” lol

Eating one meal a day. And yes counting the calories. Yesterday all my food was 843 ... including my chicken breast, asparagus and rye slice of bread I had for supper. So yes it’s frustrating when stay under or at 1200 and get on that scale expecting a drop and see a gain.

I don’t think I’m that great looking at all. Sure the right angle taking a pic can do wonders. But when it comes down to it... looking in the mirror every day I see nothing but flaws ... so yea on the uglier scale myself

Me too! Was 244lbs went down to 165 and went back up to 232 (lots of stress) and am now back to 215. This time around weight is not coming off as fast as it used to. It’s frustrating. I have been trying Intermittent fasting ... it’s been working pretty good, but that’s just me. Wishing you motivational energy.✨✨✨

I know what you mean. I’m doing Intermittent fasting and it’s been working, along with whole foods and not cutting out foods and also counting those calories. Like I mentioned in my first post ... it’s hard sometimes with all the previous ways eating in my head, and with falling off the wagon. As long as we don’t give up…
