                Objectively it isnt, but thats a chocolate bar or a bag of popcorn and I have the mentality of - how can I eat this and lose weight? I just have to hope it works. Thankd everyone for comments

                I could do that, but I wouldn’t be able to eat during the day. The pizza i get is high in calories. Its probably not worth it

                I’m on a 1,590 deficit so that’s generally what im eating daily, on a 2 pound loss a week plan
