I lost over a stone last time but keep saying I will start Monday and falling off. Help! Also how long should it take to lose 52lbs and notice face weight loss?

Changing Goal
I was on 2pounds loss a week but due to hunger I changed to 1.5 a week which has put me down as I feel like as I can eat quite a lot I wont lose...and it will take me a lot longe :/ Anyone changed their goal before?

New and need advice
Hi So im new to this, 17 stone and 5’10. I want to lose 4 stone and MFP has given me 1,600 a day to eat. However im such a junk food addict im struggling, any tips? And when am I likely to reach my goal? Also can you ear all your excersize calories back? Thanks

Would one cheat meal a week (Dominos) effect my progress? Im on a 1,590 deficit and its hard but I wont do it if it will hslt my loss
