Hilarious! That made me laugh! My NSV today. An old belt I have- I can do it up 2 holes smaller than when I last tried it on a few weeks ago (I was on the last hole :/ so I had given up on it).

Wednesday weigh-in PW: 84.5 CW: 83.1 Very very happy with this. Totally wasn't expecting such a big loss but I think it's the WOOSH effect after 2 weeks of no loss. A good reminder to myself to not let the scale rule!

Thank you. That makes a lot of sense. I really appreciate that! Thankfully, my back is much better, and I feel I can excersize again. I do still feel it, but more like a niggle and less like pain. I am much more conscious of posture!

@micki48 I have revived my tracker so I'm back. I'm anyway tracking so might as well share my numbers. 14 march -didn't track but I normally get around 5k just living and I did a 30 minute legs and abs workout.

Wednesday weigh in round 2 I actually weighed myself again because I couldn't replicate the same conditions I normally weigh in this morning & also because I couldn't believe I hadn't lost anything. So round 2: PW 85.7 CW 85.0 Much happier with this.
