I’m not eating back my exercise calories. After dinner is when I do my workouts and I stop eating all together after that. I’m worried about losing muscle mass

Just started taking this seriously. I’ve been on here 21 days straight now. Tracking my every calorie intake. I’d be nice to add other people so it doesn’t feel like I’m in this by myself!

Fresh meat, and vegetables all the way. Do cardio everyday. you just got to stick with it and results will come. If you feel like you wanna quit just remind yourself why you started in the first place
