  • I have my fat bomb Keto shake for those days when our macros are short on fat. Easy and fast: Ingredients: 1/8 cup Fresh or Frozen raspberries 1 cup heavy whipping cream 1/8 cup of ice 1/4 tsp monk fruit in the raw or erythritol, or a sweetener of your Choice Put everything in your blender for 20 seconds and voilà!!
