Fasting
I am fasting today. I started this morning and I have been fasting since 9 am. It is now 4. So it has been 7 hours. I know this is nothing for a lot of Keto pros, but is my first time so I’m hopeful i will persevere until tomorrow morning. I will keep you posted!!

Keto Dinner tonight
Very simple lots of fat, some carbs and proteins. Made the chicken with butter, some herbs and salt, while baking it I added 3 tablespoons of olive oil. I made butter sauté mushrooms with a little bit of garlic and a small portion of Kale. Kale had a little bit of lemon juice, olive oil, and sea salt. Yum!
