Thank you! I guess just wanting to see if I am doing it all right. Been on WW for so long I feel a little brain washed LOL..... Trying to eat clean - found the processed stuff just didn't make me feel right anymore

Went to the dr today- pressure and EKG all good. He did say I am drinking too much water 64 - 80 ounces a day and between that and watching calories my electrolytes are off. Gatorade 0 is helping and I have reduced the water thanks for all the advice. Also adding in magnesium powder

I find when I have a day over I am ok to keep going as long as I log it so I am taking accountability for it. It is not the end of the road. Take it as a learning experience and start fresh with the next thing you eat

That is what I am reading. It is not all the time and my sodium count according to the app is very low if it doesn't correct it self I will head off to the dr

That is the goal but there is no tracking of the amount of proteins fats caloric intake etc... the old programs did and they were great. I like MFP because I can see if I ate a good balance of all of those things
