Clarification
So I average @ 334 extra calories with the stationery bike and then fit bit keeps adding to my calorie count as the day goes on it even increases my proteins and fats. Are you eating your extra calories ? I’m at 1250 per day to lose 1-2 per week but if I try to eat all They add on I am way off

Hi All, Just seeking a little advice. Been on MFP for 17 days lost two pounds and feeling good. I am getting on the stationery bike for now 30 to 32 minutes a day, drinking at least 64 ounces of water but struggling to meet my totals. My clothes are feeling better and all signs are positive but..... I am under my calories…

Quick question- want to make our Sunday morning breakfast. When you look up pancake mix it gives you the nutritional value and serving size. Does anyone know if that is prepared or just the mix?

Is it better to eat 200 calories under or over your daily amount. Last two nights I had an extra 200 and did not eat them. I will figure out a way to get them in during the day . I am tracking in the morning so I know what I have

fats without protein
So I am using this app and comparing it to the WW Free Style. I need more fats and 300 calories for my plan for the day but am out of protein..... any advice would be appreciate
