try to stretch a bit, if you have not purchased a good pair of shoes that helps. Maybe take short walks a few times a day and build up..... hope this helps

I found my way back to taking care of myself by making one commitment each day (track, exercise, not eat after 6) little by little I found my way back

-
does it have a barcode if so I would use that I am not trusting the MFP when there is a barcode
-
I am sure I already know the answer but are you measuring everything? Also, if you are working out so much are you eating back your calories?
-
I have the Fitbit Blaze HR, I have tried many and find this to be the best. The screen is a decent size too.. You can sync it with MFP and not worry about it

Please be careful With this I was at a gallon a day and began getting heart palpitations I went to the cardiologist and he said it is an electrolyte imbalance all The water was flushing away all the minerals. He said to drink when I am thirsty which is hard for me being I have always drank a lot of water. He thinks the…

Had a similar experience with knee surgery, non weight bearing for 7 weeks.... its not fun but I gave myself a bit of a break and looked at each thing I ate as a new start..... try to make a good choice with the next thing you eat and build on that …. good luck

I originally was eating 1200- 1350 based on what I put in the app. I changed my loss goal to .5 per week and my calories went up to 1700. I am not eating back my extra calories but hitting 1700 consistently. I dropped two pounds this week …try it but my advice would be to keep the goal the same for a bit so your body can…

ME!!!!!

I was struggling with WW for the last six months not losing an ounce. Free points do not mean feee calories and I am finding this is holding me more accountable. 3.6 in 28 days I will take it. I am finding I have to eat all my calories or at least pretty close to lose. Good luck different mindset kind
-
I had the same issue with WW the new program did not work for me ............I am a teacher too (currently a preschool director) Happy to find MFP and all the support
-
Great read thank You
-
sign me up 54 and need to lose about 60 pounds
-
You have come a long way and I can understand wanting the scale to move. Perhaps change up your foods we all get stuck in eating the same thing (if you have not done so already) It seems like a lot of activity for your caloric intake maybe eat some of the exercise calories it may help to jumpstart your loss again. Good luck

my device is synced the problem after reading the link seem to be me double dipping on exercises. Thanks
-
what issues have I not answered...………
-
Holy crap now I am totally confused...……….almost sorry I even asked at this point can we explain the acronyms to a newbie please so am I adding my stationery biking each morning into MFP? I will go back and look at the link when I have time but not today
-
Now I am really confused. I have been adding in the stationery bike on the MFP and the steps are being synced from Fitbit is that not right ………….so it is two sources of extra calories
-
I understand now , thanks for the clarification. I am having a hard time eating all that I am suppose too once the calories get added in for my steps for the day. I am ok with the exercise bike and I get what you are saying the fitbit will add it in for me no need for me to do it on mfp. I have had a fitbit for over five…

Thank you I thought so too but I have only been doing this program for a month so I wanted to get some feedback on what everyone else seems to be doing. Have a great day
-
I'm not really sure why your messages seem to be suggesting I am unhappy with what I am doing. Also why you would assume I am not logging my food. My question was is everyone eating back their exercise extras..... thank you for your input
-
I am not double tracking exercise just the steps I have synced I have no problem with the rate of weight loss was just curious if everyone is eating the extra’s gained by exercising

The fact that you are asking for help with motivation shows you are more in control then you think. I can tell you the one thing that really help me put my issues and obsession with weight loss was to find a therapist to talk with. Someone that deals with whole body and becoming your best self … hang in there
