Hi from Manchester, I've been using this app to help lose weight for just over a year now. Since Christmas ive really struggled to get back into it and not lost anything since then. Could really use some help and motivation

I found my way back to taking care of myself by making one commitment each day (track, exercise, not eat after 6) little by little I found my way back

You might have not lost, but if you haven't gain, than you are still winning

I have issues with eating, too, so I compensate that by exercising - you know, biking, a zumba video, running when I can - nothing spectacular. Cooking and cleaning the house are also ways to kill the cals .2
