Hi from Manchester, I've been using this app to help lose weight for just over a year now. Since Christmas ive really struggled to get back into it and not lost anything since then. I found my way back to taking care of myself by making one commitment each day (track, exercise, not eat after 6) little by little I found my way back

You might have not lost, but if you haven't gain, than you are still winning
If you are actively following your MFP feed, then feel free to add me.
I have issues with eating, too, so I compensate that by exercising - you know, biking, a zumba video, running when I can - nothing spectacular. Cooking and cleaning the house are also ways to kill the cals.
