I have rheumatoid arthritis and some of my go to snacks are raw nuts, like walnuts and pecans. Awesome for arthritis sufferers. I agree with what another user suggested about broth. Super filling and you can make it at home whatever you have on hand. I also like baking up some veggies for snacks too, like brussels and…

If you are serious and committed, send me a friend request. I know binging all too well. I've lost 40 pounds on here after baby #1. Had baby #2 and I am back again with 15 pounds to lose (10 already lost, 5 to go). And yes, in between the weight loss, there were some hardships, binges, lots of pizza and chocolate, (were…

Smashed chickpea salad!! I have this a couple times a week. Super filling and under 450 calories. Just watch the mayo... Smash the chickpeas, add mayo, red pepper, celery, red onion, dill, pickles and salt and pepper. Its addicting and amazing.

Weight loss is not linear! Seeing the scale move up sucks, but just keep at it! Buy a food scale, make sure you are weighing everything, and not "guestimating," factor in things like your period, sodium intake...those are things that could be making the scale play tricks on you.

I've been noticing this too, on a lot of items actually! :(

Don't bring the sweet stuff home. Once its in my house, I cannot stop thinking of it. OR, if it's in the house, think to yourself "how is this going to make me feel, after I eat it?" Like others have mentioned, if your tracking your food intake, and it fits in your calories for the day, a little sweet treat here and there…

YES! I went to the doctor for this exact same thing, although my bloating happens 2 weeks before my period and will not go away! My doc summed it up to IBS, went for testing, ultrasound, was told to go on the FODMAP diet... I have a gut feeling (no pun intended, lol) that it's more hormonal for me, than IBS. Hope you…

I'm still trying to get my usual workouts in (home gym), and still trying to eat healthy. It's been hard. The hubby stashed a bunch of snacks in the basement when he went out panic buying. I've slowly been getting into them. It's so hard not to stress eat right now. You are right though, we didn't work hard for nothing!…
