I track calories and macros and I only check my weight loss monthly . Sure enough, my weight goes down every months.Be patient and stick with it. x

Hi @rhayes57 , I'm 64 and 5' 1'' too. I'm on 1200 calories , some days I eat more and some days I eat less. It will balance itself out at the end of the week. My macros are 5-10 % net carbs/ 20-25 % protein / 65 -75 % fat .Keto macros should be 5% net carbs/20 % protein/ and 75 % fat. I lost 25 lb in 7 months. You can seeβ¦

I take it one day at a time even 2 step forward and 1 steps back. I make healthy foods tasty because it's a long term way of eating . I can't stick to tasteless healthy foods for long.good luck x π₯π₯¬π₯¦π§π₯π²π₯π

Fantastic ! I follow keto/ low carb woe for 7 months now. My BMI dropped from 26.7(overweight) to 22 (normal) . I want to get down to UK size 8/10( US size 6/8). I don't mind getting to my goal weight slowly as I'm not overweight anymore.x ππ

@Emmapatterson1729 ,After the doctor see my blood test results, she rec-commented 25 mcg of Vitamin D3,1000 IU , 25mg of Zinc and 1000 mg of Magnesium for me to take daily for 3 months.I get enough of other vitamins and minerals from foods .I already bought vit D capsules so I have to stick with them, thanks.x

I lost 11.4 kg/25 lb in 7 months.I just went for my check-up with my doctor.My over all health is good but I'm low on Vitamin D and Zinc and I've been losing hair for a month now. I have 4-6 kg/ 9-13 lb to get to my goal weight of 48-50 kg/ 105 -110 lb/ BMI 20. I don't mind losing weight slowly and I try to eat healthyβ¦

That's done. Get back on the wagon today and eat some healthy foods .If you have to snack , choose healthy snacks.You will feel better knowing you do better for yourself.One step back 2 steps forward is o.k.I feel better after a walk. x

@sunlovr, I get recipes from the net, Low Carbs group here and groups on Facebook. I replace sugar with sweetener.I like low cal jelly a lot.It's easy to make , filling,tasty and lower in carbs and calories than most keto snacks.I don't eat desserts often . Most of my carbs come from vegetables.x π₯£
