I'm on low carbs diet so I have low carbs hot chocolate drink with stevia , unsweetened almond milk and cream. I'm not strict and I'm still snacking on low carbs foods daily but I'm still losing 2 lbs a month.

Tea with stevia and almond milk is a safe choice for me. 2nd choice is 25 g of almond nuts.

I pan roasted almond nuts yesterday. They tasted so good . So, my calories were over because I ate 60 g of them. I eat low carbs and no sugary foods so I don't have cravings or strong hunger. I have to keep busy when I want to snack when I'm not even hungry. I'm still slowly losing weight though.๐ฅ

Keto foods for long waiting times in airports ( not airport ) too.

It was 24 hours of 2 long frights and waiting time in airport.I packed keto foods with me to eat in the airport and on the plane. I didn't have time to eat lunch so I packed it to eat at dinner time , steak and salad. I also packed, salami, cut-up veggies , cream cheese , cheddar and almond nuts. I also packed foods thatโฆ

While I was on holidays, I prepared low carbs meals and had a few alcoholic coffee/ drinks. I packed low carb foods with me when I went out and about too. I gained nearly 4 lbs/1.8 kg but lost 3.5 lbs/1.6 kg after a week. It was mainly water weight. I lost further 0.4/ 0.8 lb after 2nd week. I'm glad I stick to low carbsโฆ

I need more fiber so I start eating Chia pudding. I want to make flax seed crackers and flax seed cereals too.

@cstehansen, thank you for your suggestion of using quick exercise as distraction from eating/ snacking. I think more of what keto foods I should eat and how much now.I have to plan my meals better.I want to stop night time snacks too. ๐๐ฝ ๐

Might be, I never make baked custard.make 12 serves, I used 5 duck eggs ( or 5 large hen eggs with some xanthan gum),1.5 cup coconut cream, 45 g sweetener ,1 tsp vanilla essence, a small pinch of salt, 1 tbsp oil to grease muffin pan. I cooked it for 30 min on 180 C . You can brown the top of the custard under the grill.x๐ฎ

I'm starting to lose more hair than usual now that I'm in my 5th month .I'm taking collagen tablets.I have to make sure I eat foods high in Biotin and Zinc too.

Hi vlinders24, Congratulation on losing 26 lbs. I'm in my 60's and exercise by walking my dogs. I have lost 15.8 lbs since January 2019. I'm working my way to reach my goal weight.I like keto way of eating.Good luck to the both of us and everyone x ๐๐

Australia don't offer much in the way of keto foods products. I found only konjac noodles,psyllium husk,almond meal,coconut flour ,stevia, xanthan gum, keto friendly soy, fish sauce and Sriracha sauce.x ๐๐ฅบ

Mar/24 -126.7 ( > 2.8 ) Mar/ 31 -126.7 (> 0.0 ) March weight loss of 5.9 lbs/ 2.6 kg. Total weight loss since Jan 16 lbs/ 7.2 kg. I won't try to lose weight fast again.It was a bad idea for me. x

The shiritaki or konjac noodle is the same product. It smells a bit fishy , you have to rinse it well.It taste a bit chewy too. I use it instead of rice noodle or mung bean noodle. I put a lot flavours in it so not to smell it. Use it as you use cooked noodle.x

Sorry to hear that. I'm a foodie and always pack foods to and from my holidays .Both of us are trained cooks.My husband is in different line of work now. I'm going to Europe in 6 weeks ,I'll be traveling around for nearly 4 weeks.Each accommodation I booked have a basic kitchen.I'll bring dry ingredients with me and buy fresh foods locally.I prefer to prepare my own simple meals.I will have to select meals that fit my diet requirements when I have to eat out.

I always add 2 tbsp of almond milk in my tea during my fasting period and I don't exercise. I will have to do better if I stop losing weight.๐ฑโ๐ค
