This issue must have been resolved. My series 4 Apple Watch hasn’t had any issues syncing my steps and workouts with MFP.

Unfortunately not all activities done with the Apple Watch will sync with MFP. Those that don’t will have to be entered manually. For a list of activities that will and will not sync with MFP see this link: https://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/articles/2917162-apple-watch-exercises

A long distance walk through the park after it warms up a little, and strength training in the evening.

I do long distance Inline skating in the spring and summer. I use my Apple Watch to record my workouts.

I use the Apple Watch 4. However, a lot of my coworkers use the Fitbit Alta HR and they say it works fine for doing exactly what you would be using it for.

If I’m doing strength training or a cardio intense workout I eat a small snack with a moderate amount of protein and carbs in it.

My Apple Watch 4 has been Syncing fine with MFP, including my workouts.

Do you have “Negative Calorie Adjustment” enabled? If not, that might be why you are see that. My Apple Watch 4 only gives me 125 calories for 16,000 steps.

Agreed, the VA3 is a great fitness tracker. I used it for a while before I got my Apple Watch series 4. I would have kept it but I needed a Sport Watch that would allow me to make and receive calls and texts so I could leave my iPhone at home while doing outdoor workouts.

Do the ready meals that you added contain a lot of sodium? If so, water weight as stated above could be the issue.

Go to the gym because of how good you’ll feel when you’re done working out. Don’t even care what others are thinking.

My daughter and I love BTS!!! Went to their concert in NYC this past summer and had a great time. My favorite song is Run. 😃

I’m currently using the Apple Watch ⌚️ series 4, but have owned everyone that Apple has made. Yes, I do trust it over other trackers that I’ve tested.

I did this program many times with great results. However due to an issue with my right knee I no longer do HIIT type workouts. Good luck with this, I think you’ll enjoy it.

Go to settings - “apps & devices” in the MFP app and select “health app”. Then you will see more permissions to enable. Workouts will be there.

Not sure why you aren’t seeing the option for MFP to read workouts. I have it enabled on mine and it works fine.

I eat something with 5 to 10 grams of protein in it an hour before bedtime daily and never gain weight from it. Save a little calories for a small snack at the end of your day and you’ll be fine.

As long as you are in a calorie deficit you’ll lose weight. Don’t worry about the carbs. Just enjoy the food you eat!
