Okay just wanted some advice I'm now on 1850 calories all week now and hopefully that will get me to lose half a pound a week. Is this too much food? I'm averaging my tdee between 2200-2300.. I'm just worried it's too much food and wont lose weight.

I'm sure a 8 pound loss will be enough for me on my wedding day and maybe I'm just being a bit picky with everything. Thanks for all your advice 👍

Ive just adjusted my lost on my fitness pal to 0.5 pound a week, so maybe that will help me out. My dress is a bit tight on my back, so I have a bit of back fat which I hate and plus i will be wearing a swimming costume on my hen do, so i just want to look nice for that really.

I weigh my food when I stick to the 1000 calories during the week, but at the weekend I'm just starving and I eat quite alot, that's why i try and do alot of exercise, because I know with my size I dont burn alot calories. My wedding is in about 16 weeks and well I wanted lose as much as possible for that really.

For a few months now, on weekends I do eat quite alot though. I just want to switch my diet to eating 1500 calories a day and maybe have a day a week off diet.
