Why can I only lose a pound of weight a week when I starve myself?

Your back looks lovely. Nice and toned, with a good spine dent. You also have a corset back on the dress, which gives you quite a lot of leeway.
What happens if you don't wear the swim gear for your hen night? Will the world implode? Will your friends think less of you? (Protip: If they do, they're not true friends.)
And, I hate to break it to you, but you can't spot reduce. There's no guarantees that loss will come from where you want it to.7 -

I'm sure a 8 pound loss will be enough for me on my wedding day and maybe I'm just being a bit picky with everything.

If your lifting weights your building muscle which makes you gain weight. What is your BMI? If you have very little body fat and your lifting weights your not going to lose weight. Unless you start losing muscle by eating to little.25

Glad to read later in the thread that you are going to up your calories. I'm still going to comment on this post, as it may be useful for you or others.
This illustration of a restricting/overeating cycle is similar to your pattern. (Obviously the goal calories and overeating days are different, but it still illustrates the point.)

She's not going to build muscle in a calorie deficit. Beyond that, it is *extremely* difficult for women to gain an appreciable amount of muscle weight with immediate scale impacts.

Doubtful at 5'9" and at 1300 cal a day she's building muscle.5 -
Because you don't really have weight to lose...losing 12 Lbs would be a huge % loss when you're already at a healthy BMI. To boot, your cortisol levels are probably through the roof with the stress you're putting on your body by under eating and doing crap loads of exercise.8

less is more.. you are doing more more more. Your body is in alarm mode. The way I lost weight is actually eating six times a day.. all food groups. I lift weights only two times a week for a half hour.. that's it.. and I get optimum results. WE are brainwashed into thinking eating less and exercising more will burn tons of calories and the math will work and you'll lose 3 or 4 pounds a week. Well? nah.. it doesn't work.
Were I you.. I'd back off the obsessive workouts.. I bet you start losing.. and don't starve yourself. look at your post title.. that is no way to live your life. you can lose weight without starving and working yourself out to death.22 -

Okay just wanted some advice I'm now on 1850 calories all week now and hopefully that will get me to lose half a pound a week. Is this too much food? I'm averaging my tdee between 2200-2300.. I'm just worried it's too much food and wont lose weight.0

If you are genuinely eating fewer calories than your TDEE you will lose weight.1

Eat that way for several weeks and then adjust based on whether/how much your weight changes.1
