  • I’m just rejoining after A hiatus and loss of motivation and momentum. I’m planning on losing about 30 lbs and I plan on taking a different approach this time. I’ve never been active in the “community” side of the app before but I think this aspect of friendship n feedback might be exactly what I need. Premenopausal and…
  • Wow I must say I’m a little intimidated reading these posts. Just trying to get fit again after turning 40 and trying to live my best life. Starting to mix in cardio n weights and frankly not sure what and how much I have to do to see results all advice is welcome.
  • I’ve almost always worked out pretty regularly but I’ve been working out harder and incorporating strength training for about two months; one consistently.

It’s usually when I want to subconsciously punish myself. Thus bringing on the feelings of guilt. Ironically the urge to binge is usually hardest to resist when…
  • I love to have a lot of upbeat music with motivational lyrics: Imagine Dragons Calvin Harris Dua Lipa Lucas Graham Drake... stuff like that
  • Water is the best appetite suppressant for me, If I make sure I get my 8-10 glasses in I find i’m way less likely to snack and get full faster when I forget to my water I’m eating more and craving sugar.
  • This is my trouble area too. I struggle with portion distortion 😑 And I love my wine it’s been hard for me to find filling low cal meals. I’ve very recently got some advice to eat smaller meals more frequently and that has made a huge difference so far. 🤞
