Yep, that’s the study I am referring to, however, rather than a 2 week diet break I will do just 1 as I’ve feel that I can manage with just that and I’ve been into nutrition and fitness for a few years now.

Hey, I’ve used an online Tdee calculator as MyFitnessPal uses calories based on neat which is not as accurate. Yes I’ve lost 1.5kg in 14 days but I’ve stalled at 54 now. I am starting to feel fatigued and reckon I am not eating enough as I’ve upped my activity
