I have done this too especially for a night out or Ben and jerry ice cream just don't make it a habit or go extra hard on those workouts so u don't feel guilt over it and you are actually earning these extra calories spend them how u like and keep your regular meals healthy :drinker:

yes I know what its like to judge as well my supervisor boxes in his free time and i got yelled for eating crunch bar in the office (i am in the military) even though i am not over weight he just like the food police and he clams he just want me to be healthy

i use to work 3rd shift and at first it was hard but i made a plan that work for me 9pm wake up breakfast 10pm I was at work 12 am a snack 4am lunch that I always pack it just easier to plan in advance 7am a snack 8am workout 10am dinner 2pm bedtime
