After I went back to work after FMLA, she stopped turning in assignments and taking tests, it’s gone downhill super fast. I just need to work with her for now. So I’m not going to miss my office job but I will find less demanding PT job…

2021 goals: #1 Get STRONGER and Fitter (keep up with workouts) OTF, Yoga and Hike #4 ACHIEVE and Maintain 19% Body Fat I want to get it back to 19.0%. #5 EAT and REST well I have a wedding in August. We’re building a new house. Planning to move there before the new school year. Lots going on. Gotta keep it simple👍🏻

Hi all! So I got on the scale this morning. 48 5’2” 114 Goal is to get to 110. Lower body fat to 19%. So not bad. Just have to get serious. Got used to the IUD implant. No more pain but still not 100%. I read some ppl experience weight gain so I need to watch how it goes. Meal prepping still ongoing. It’s a beautiful thing…

Nothing like last month but still trying to stay active. Keeping myself accountable: Meal prepping and Orangetheory. Getting through this month of work and then I’m done! I got my mammogram, IUD in, my daughter got her braces... just getting everything done while I have my work health insurance. I really hope this IUD…

So far this month... trying to squeeze in burst workouts but it’s tough working in office FT that requires sitting all day. I went OTF last night and I have one booked today. Looking forward to sweating out!!
