Have short term goals eg daily,weekly and monthly etc helps to stay on track also plan ahead write tomorrow's food in that way it's easier to stick to bit more of a mental tip π

They do say your metabolism/body starts to slow down between 24-36 hours of having nothing I don't necessarily think coming under 1000 calories a day sometimes is a huge deal I eat huge portions of salads and these seem to get me no where near my 1200 calories I'm not going to try and over eat in the evening just to hit myβ¦

I don't think it would put all the weight on but since you are not sure if this will make you fall if the horse maybe just start with rewarding yourself a cheat meal instead of a whole day π

I don't at all just go on how I feel and how clothes fit......I don't know what's worse even obsessive or being to scared to do it at all π

Set your self a goal and watch what the health or food Inc nothing like a good doco to help with motivation π

It's very hard to pick yourself up after falling off the wagon,this happens to me, after sometimes one over indulgent meal I go on a downward spiral for days or weeks before I pull myself out and start again......very very tuff.......I feel ya girl happens to the best of us.hang in there x

I definitely think it's a healthier way of eating compared to what I use to eat and since being vegan I have lost quite a bit not saying that that's the reason I did it simply that it is a benefit I personally have experienced.......

Thank you for this I have screenshotted most of this info so I know exactly what to get!!!I'm sure being vegan the weight will drop off eventually I just want to give it a bit of a kick start and the sooner the better I say!!just takes a little more research when you have a huge sweet tooth π

found "A User's Guide to Cheating Death" to be really good for health information. Those can be really biased and downright nonsensical/dangerous, but that one was pretty good.
