Which is less worse for you?

Thanks to those that answered my question. For the others, I'm not buying different equipment, hiring trainers or taking classes. Weight is weight. But I appreciate your insights and will be aware of form & technique.

Zero skill. Never used kettlebells before. Recently lost 35-40 lbs. Just looking to tone. Chest, Shoulders, Arms, Back. Do something everyday. Light weight kbell only 25 lbs and 8 lbs. Haven't lifted in years and feel weak so looking to do light weight high reps.

"I lost about 50lbs both times" Good insight. Thank you. I know what I have to do. Just need to find a healthy way to increase calories. Did you gain the 50 lbs back right away? After 10 weeks wondering what to expect as I add calories.
