What are your goals and what is your current skill level using a KB? What is (are) the weight of your current KB inventory?

Zero skill. Never used kettlebells before. Recently lost 35-40 lbs. Just looking to tone. Chest, Shoulders, Arms, Back. Do something everyday. Light weight kbell only 25 lbs and 8 lbs. Haven't lifted in years and feel weak so looking to do light weight high reps.

@ccolizzi, I honestly don't think a kettlebell is a good fitness tool to begin your fitness training journey given what you've shared. Is there a way you can use dumbbells or resistance bands?

Kettle bell chest press, kb tricep press, kb shake, kb upright row, kb crossover row ( like starting a gas lawnmower)

I agree with the suggestions to start with DB and bands. Get your basic form and conditioning in place, then take a KB class. There is a lot of form needed to use KB safely. You also can use them for weighted lower body exercises like squats, squat row, and weighted lunges, and also I like single arm bent over row.

I would reiterate what the others say: Take a class or work with a kettlebell trainer first, and go slowly.
That said, they're fun and this guy (below) has a bunch of single-kettlebell complexes a person can do.

Thanks to those that answered my question. For the others, I'm not buying different equipment, hiring trainers or taking classes. Weight is weight. But I appreciate your insights and will be aware of form & technique.
