I’ve gotten my A1c in check using this ap by keeping a close eye on my macros daily. I took the number of carbs and sugar they’ve allowed and cut them in half for my own guideline. Worked for me. Best wishes.

How being a pack rat paid off- I'm shopping in my closet of clothes I haven't been able to wear in 3 years and they look GREAT! How often we mistake thirst for hunger. How suddenly I leave the gym smiling! That only took 6 years!!!

Awesome work. Stay focused and don't get discouraged if you stall for a little while. I dropped 27 pounds and got stuck for a month! No biggie. I stayed the course and have now dropped another few pounds over the last week. Now I'm 80% to goal at 217.7. I started at 248.5 in February 2019.
