  • December 6 - Pre Tagigo - 13 days to go Cocktails, cocktails, cocktails. My downfall. It ruins my sleep, ruins my health and makes me say weird stuff on the phone (!) I am absolutely committed to putting a stop to the cocktails before my birthday.

  • Today's weigh in is 252.5. I did NOT go to the clinic for BP and glucose check but I will start that next week. Starting weight 11/29 - 259 lbs. 12/02 - 254 lbs. 12/06 - 252.5 lbs Weight Loss as of 12/06 - 6.5 lbs.

  • The mystery of the scales continues. Today's weigh in is 254. Starting weight 11/29 - 259 lbs. Weight Today: 12/02 - 254 lbs. Weight Loss as of 12/02 - 5 lbs. I decided to make this a Friday thing so that every Friday I log in my weight, my blood sugar and my BP.
  • Pre-Tagigo - 17 days to go I had a terrible day yesterday -- too many cocktails and too much pasta. But today --- Meditated 5 minutes Prepared my lunch Healthy breakfast of eggs and avocado Prayed Journaled Stretched So far so good. Now I need to do the work and make sure I exercise today.
