I have a 3 month old and 2 year old, and I'm also nursing the little one. I gained 40 pounds during my last pregnancy, and I'm currently 15 pounds away from pre-baby weight (my goal).

I'm currently trying to lose weight while breastfeeding as well. The problem is that breastfeeding makes me so damn hungry! My downfall is sugar, so I've cut sugar out. I do still eat carbs. Allow yourself at least some carbs so you don't crave them as much, and get healthy snacks like nuts and fruit for when you're hungry…

Congratulations! I had baby #2 two months ago and I'm working on losing 15 remaining pounds. I only gained 28 pounds with #1, but I gained 40 pounds with #2.
