Putting calories and macros under trial is the best way to find how accurate it is. Same numbers doesn't apply to everyone

Raw meat contains water, it becomes obvious when u cook it and water comes out. I guess measuring cooked meat feels more accurate

Thyroid function plays huge role in body temperature also, if its more active u will have higher metabolism thus feeling hot and the opposite happens when thyroid function is less

I cook three times a day Breakfast always eggs 5 mins cooking Lunch chicken breasts usually takes 15min and if i don't cook i have tuna Dinner mostly my (mom❤) makes it Cooking is easy when u love it =)
