Proper diet contribute like 70% of your gains and the rest of that is what you do in the gym, you cant do one without the another 🤷♂️. Calculate your TDEE, set your macros, get good gym program and it will work. (( those are based on my experience, worked me that way, everyone is different.)) I hope you find what works…

Soreness was intense after 3 months of lockdown. I'm glad i had 20kg weights and pullup bar but there ain't nothing gonna replace gym 🥵

I agree spices make ur sweet smelly. U can put perfumes, and try to avoid cotton clothes because they catch water and sweat.

Agreed one that. I take deep breaths between reps cant do that while mask one. If you want to wear mask you can between your sets and when you move around the gym

It is called bradycardia, it is normal for athletes because heart muscles becomes so effective and also there is collaterals vessels which help in more oxygen and blood deliveries to the heart
