Progress pics, measurements and looking at mirror is also good indicators if u r gaining weight, relying on scales one wont be better choice since weight fluctuates like crazy

I used to check YouTube for arms routines, there is plenty of exercises there. Just pick one stick to it for 3 to 4 weeks and take progress notes in ur phone notes. Try to progress each week. You can add me i share my workout routines, π₯°

I put peppermint and slice of lemon to my water, it makes it mote tolerable. Ice cubes also isn't bad idea

If your protien shake is vanilla or peanutbutter try pancakes with it, really tastes good

For me personally i log all the food i expect to eat through out the day, then i adjust accordingly. Because i usually eat eat same stuff except for fruits. If you find logging each food at a time is boring try logging them before eating them. Might work for you too

No cheat days for me when im on caloric deficit, but when bulking i always treat myself when there is extra calories left π

I don't run but i workout at midnights cuz the weather is cooler. I found it good so far.

Check this out, i have put those spoons on trial and it kepts showing 9ml-10ml difference and i was using 15ml spoon. There is something wrong with that oil i guess maybe the scale was correct or not correct maybe the spoons were correct or not. π

U r right, but when i used the scale to do that it only shows 5ml. Was putting salads plate on scale then i hit trade then used 1tbs of olive oil and it became 5ml

@AnnPT77 covered everything plus you don't have carbohydrates which is the fastest energy source. So ur body have to metabolize proteins and fat then convert them into energy. I tried it didn't work for me
