Machines has their uses and free weights has their uses, combinations of both is good, Though our muscles dont know we using machines or free weights the just respond to the load

Keep ur cooking simple and basic, the more complicated the recipes the harder it gets

I don't listen to music there, I guess the noise that machines and barbells makes and people screaming here and there give u motivation than songs

I workout late at night so after it i take shake and sleep, no snacking

You dont have to be a master cook like those in Masterchef, basic cooking skills is pretty easy and doesn't even take time U can learn it from YouTube or if someone in ur home good in cooking could teach u, the rest comes with trying like spices and so

Welcome to the community :) If u like to snack more frequently u can lower sone calories from ur main meals breakfast and lunch and dinner and add more snacks if that keeps u full It just a suggestion though

Ur daily protein requirements varies if u workout out or sedentary, male or female. You can adjust your macros in the app that suits u best, default settings doesn't suit everyone

Yep, i suggest u work on stretching muscles causing ur anterior pelvic tilt and strength the opposite muscles Cuz this will cause back pain especially when u progress with weights

Just try to avoid girls in gym while they are holding dumbbells or barbells LOL u could get injured pretty badly ππ Just kidding

If ur talking about added sugars like those on sweets u should cut it, they r the sweet enemies cuz they cause diabetes, dental caries and weight gain On the other hand sugars in fruits aint that bad =)
