If u dont have medical problems like what @corinasue1143 says check ur sleeping. If u sleep less u will have headache that doesn't go with painkillers till u get enough sleep

More spices overcome the bad taste I don't recommend low or no carbs at least average will be acceptable since it is the main source energy for the body

If u r a beginner u might find it easy to build muscles while losing fats simultaneously U can start with lighter weights and working on ur form till u become good at it and with time u can add more weights

Its not a mistake to fail and restart :) Just find ur previous mistakes which led u to failure and avoid them, it is good to try new things or strategies how to perform ur dieting something might work for u and u didn't expect it

If u calculate ur TDEE u can estimate ur activity level or at least guess it and it will relieve u from counting burning calories from each activity =)

I tried Xtend BCAAs but what i felt it just like waste of money. I go for simple carbs before gym like dates and bananas, especially dates Full of nutrients, cheap, tasty and simple to digest. Try simple Carbohydrates before training u will feel the difference :)

U can't change if u keep ur self around the rubbish things u eating, Gotta start a new environment, feel the change embrace it, our demons lies in the same places we used to be thats why we keep changing and adapting U can do it, u just need an extra push o:)

Other types of diets still good like intermittent fasting, Carbohydrates cycling, low fat diets... Etc U should pick the one that suits u and u feel flexible with, cuz if someone succeed in one type doesn't mean others will and vers versa

I agree, u can distribute ur calories through out the day and leave the majority of it after ur workout Me personally after working out i feel my stomach with water. Keeps me full till i sleep

Losing fat too quickly will make u end up with loose skin, if u have patience i recommend u losing weight slowly and better if u exercise along with it. Just an opinion =)

Im not vegetarian but greek yogurt drinks contains 30g of protein in one bottle and its cheap. I guess it is good source of protein =>

Tried it once didn't suit me because i was doing bodybuilding and i need alot of carbohydrates however keto mainly depends on fats and protein so no energy for the day i felt tired and depleted But it might suit someone else It is good for losing weight though =)

Don't do dieting as if it is a task or something must be done, take it as a hobby and enjoy it u will feel with sometime u don't even realize u dieting And good luck to ur journey =)
