Sorry, I did not realize my weigh in for week 4 was supposed to be in yesterday. I weighed today, and it was not good. Too many Christmas treats all around. I will hold off and for week 5 now which I see has to be in by next Saturday. Thanks.

When I walk outdoors, I listen to a good audiobook. That's the only time I listen to it. When I walk indoors, I watch a show I like that I'm only allowed to watch on treadmill.

On the positive side, I forced myself to walk outside despite the cold. But, being cold makes me crave sugar, so that put me on the negative side. However, I walked some more on the treadmill in the basement to try to offset the leftover halloween candy.

Oops. I usually had a Sunday weigh in and didn't realize I had to get my last November one in early. Sorry. Anyway, for December my CW is 188. I'm looking forward to having a good month.

The weather has been nice, but I'm still getting over being sick and can't fully exercise yet. Only been doing very short walks. It'll be nice to get my regular exercise again. I had a negative covid test, so I'm guessing a had a mild flu.

Good luck everyone! As to me, I was doing great at exercise, for me upto about 450 calories a day burned, sometimes 550, but now I'm sick and not working out. I hope to get better soon and back to working out! I hope everyone has a good November.

Jen, as an ex-family law attorney, I would agree with your advice to file regarding custody before someone moves out of state! And, if one can't afford an attorney, scour the local family court websites for do-it-yourself packets.

It is possible you over-hydrate. Salting everything is not a good idea, I believe, as few things are worse for your heart.
