Physically, at nearly 30 lbs down, I cannot see changes day to day. I see some changes in progress pictures though. I started to feel differences though after about 15 lbs. I am sure it is very, very different for everyone.

I use mine a lot more in fall and winter, but during the warmer months my go-to is putting a bag of frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts in, usually 5-6, chicken broth and seasoning. My entire 22 ish weeks has been stall --> whoosh --> stall LOL. I typically lose on Thursday/Fridays every 2.5 - 3 weeks. It's frustrating sometimes, but that's just how it is I guess.

Yes, my cycle is all out of whack for about 3 months now. First the timing (week of the month) changed, then last month it was very light, and this month it was late and incredibly light. I believe it is due to diet changes, exercise changes, stress and weight loss. So many things can affect our cycles.
